DRIVER AGE: Drivers should be at least 23 years old.

DRIVER'S LICENSE: Drivers must have a valid license or an international driver’s license. Licenses should be issued at the place of driver’s residence at least a year prior to the rental.

RENTAL DURATION: Minimum duration 24 hours (1 day). More than an hour delay will be charged as a full day rental. The customer who wishes to make an amendment to the reservation regarding the number of days he will have it in possession must inform the company 48 hours in advance but the fulfillment of his request will depend on the availability that exists in the specific time period and with the price list valid at the specific time period. Otherwise he will be held responsible for illegal possession of the vehicle.

GUARANTEE: The amount of the guarantee is €150

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION NO SHOW:Otherwise the full amount of the payment is held. In case of no-show, the entire amount of the reservation plus VAT will be charged

RESERVATIONS: For the reservation, you require an advance payment of 30% of the rental with a valid credit card.

RETURN PROVISION: In case of returning the vehicle earlier than the date shown in the reservation, the customer will be charged for the whole time period of the reservation of the vehicle plus VAT. In the event that you receive a summons for a violation of the Road Traffic Code or are found to be driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you are solely responsible for paying any administrative fines and in the event that you need to appear before the country's authorities, you are obliged to appear.

AFTER THE RENTAL: In the event that you have been charged with a charge such as a summons for speeding or drinking alcohol, a STOP violation, a violation of the C.O.K. and more. The company will try to contact you when the authorities ask for the driver's name. This can happen months later and you will need to pay the administration fees as well as the initial fee.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS - CRIMINAL OFFENSE: All fines and administrative penalties are borne by the hired driver charged in the event of an accident for the costs of the file

DELIVERIES TO THE AIRPORT-PORT-HOTEL ARE NOT MADE

ADDITIONAL DRIVER: Allowed only when declared and charged.

WHAT THE INSURANCE DOESN'T COVER: Driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, abnormal use of the vehicle, violation of stop, traffic lights, violation of the Code of Civil Procedure, driving on a dirt road, damage to the bottom or to the wheels and tires any service which has not been approved by the company, damage, loss of key, driving by another driver who is not stated in the contract, wear or destruction of helmet and lock. For an accident for which the lessee has not informed the station and filed/submitted a relevant accident statement, as stipulated by the law, regardless of his fault and the police station has not been informed. Towing costs that may arise as a result of damage or accident by the lessee, immobilization compensation, are 50 euros.

RENTAL OUTSIDE BORDERS OR TRANSPORTATION BY SHIP: Not allowed. The company has the right to terminate the contract at any time if it is found that the lessee misuses the vehicle and violates the terms.

HELMET: A helmet is provided.

TAXES: All prices are subject to VAT.
